The Compass Health Consultancy trains, coaches, and provides consultation services to healthcare professionals and organizations across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), with a specialty in surgical services. This partnership will add AORN evidence-based educational resources to the Compass library of resources for its healthcare customers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this partnership, healthcare providers in MEA will have access through Compass to the premier, standardized education program in the United States for RNs entering and working in the perioperative specialty . The Periop 101 program is developed and continually updated to reflect the latest evidence-based\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aorn.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AORN<\/a> <em>Guidelines for Perioperative Practice\u00a0<\/em>and includes graduate-level QSEN (Quality and Safety Education for Nurses) competencies.
