Patient Safety: Safer Care & Better Patient Experience
This course provides healthcare professionals with the knowledge and knowhow to master the strategies and tools to implement effective patient safety initiatives.
The training articulates the core aspects of a strong patient safety culture and how to analyze the safety, quality measures and identifies areas for improvements.
In addition to that, the participant will be able to monitor and sustain improvement projects, understand drivers of patient engagement and patient experience.
