On 31 January 2023, The Compass Health Consultancy signed an MOU with PMB Health and Safety Services, a South African healthcare training provider. The signing took place at the Consulate General of South Africa in Dubai, in parallel with the Arab Health Trade Show.
This strategic partnership reflects our shared commitment to training, retaining, and upskilling healthcare professionals across Africa. Our mission is to enhance knowledge, build essential skills, and strengthen healthcare systems to drive excellence in care delivery.

The Compass Health Consultancy proudly delivered a Healthcare Management and Governance training for the chief officer’s team of Health & Sanitation from Busia, Kenya, held in Dubai from October 20–26, 2019. The program focused on international healthcare trends, patient safety, team competency, sustainability, accreditation, and quality improvement. Delivered in collaboration with Adam Vital Health Hospital and Dubai’s Aesthetic Clinic, the training featured expert speakers sharing UAE best practices to achieve Zero Harm.
